1. How to Enter
During the entry period, entrants must submit the Light Up CU giveaway form at CUPropertyServices.com with their name, phone number, email address, and property address. Limit one entry per person/property. No purchase necessary.

2. Eligibility
Open to individuals age 18 or older who own the entered property or are authorized to approve installation at that property. The property must be located within Champaign County, Illinois, or approximately 15 minutes outside Champaign County, as determined by CU Property Services. Owners, employees, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Sponsor
The Light Up CU Christmas Giveaway is sponsored by Hickman's Property Management LLC d/b/a CU Property Services, 203 S First St, Fisher, Illinois.

No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

4. Entry Period
The giveaway begins September 22, 2026 upon publication of the official giveaway announcement and ends November 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

5. Prize
One eligible winner will receive a CU Property Services Christmas lighting package consisting of up to 125 linear feet of professional-grade C9 Christmas roofline lighting, custom design, installation, in-season maintenance, and takedown after Christmas. Additional lighting is not included in the prize unless separately agreed upon.

6. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $800

7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection & Notification
One potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the entry period closes. The potential winner will be contacted by phone or email using the information provided with the entry and must respond within 48 hours. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or the property does not meet the installation requirements, CU Property Services may randomly select an alternate eligible winner.

9. Property/Installation Requirements
The property must be safely accessible and suitable for installation. CU Property Services may inspect the property before confirming the prize. The 125-foot maximum applies regardless of property size. CU Property Services will not perform giveaway installation work above 25 feet. All installation areas remain subject to safe-access and property-suitability review.

10. No Purchase or Payment
There is no charge to enter or receive the included prize. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not improve an entrant's chances of winning.
