About CU Property Services
We’re a locally owned exterior services business based in Fisher, Illinois. Permanent outdoor lighting is our primary service. We also install Christmas lights and take on exterior and window cleaning projects.
How we quote lighting
We start with photos and the areas you want lit. If the rough estimate fits, we can confirm the roofline measurements, power access, and mounting plan before finalizing the quote.

We serve Champaign County and nearby Central Illinois communities, including Fisher, Rantoul, Champaign, Urbana, Gibson City, Shirley, Anchor, Paxton, and Tuscola.
